After the amazing success of the Industry Icons campaign that launched in July, our annual Christmas raffle prizes have been generously donated by our Icons. All monies raised by our Christmas Raffle will go towards funding the Grant Programme. The Grant Programme is essential in supporting those in our industry that need help the most.

• If you cannot travel to London, the session will be done on zoom

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Beauty Backed Trust (company no. 13997866) whose registered office is at 6^th Floor, Manfield House, 1 Southampton Street, London WC2R 0LR
2. The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
3. Entry into this raffle is charged at £5 per ticket.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://rafflecreator.com/pages/50437/beauty-backed-industry-icons-raffle-2023 and via the Beauty Backed Trust instagram page.
5. Multiple entries per person are permitted, however no more than 1 prize will be awarded to one individual.
6. Closing date for entry will be 12pm GMT Sunday 17th December 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. Winner’s prizes will be shipped via tracked courier, we are not responsible for the prize once despatched
9. All monies raised by the Beauty Backed Christmas Raffle will go towards our Grant Programme, more details can be found here
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen at random by software via a third party raffle management tool, RaffleCreator.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the raffle ending. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. Some prizes may be dispatched by the prize donor themselves. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Beauty Backed Trust can share your personal information provided with the supplier of your prize, should you win one.
